Lovely room, spacious and nicely decorated. Inside room was very clean. Pillows were very low, need to offer other sizes. Need to clean glass doors. Check in was easy and staff member was lovely. Check out staff member just took my room card with no conversation to check how our stay was.

Characteristic buildings in the village. Our room overlooked the beautiful Macquarie Harbour. Friendly and helpful staff provided good recommendations of food and places to visit. Highly recommend!

Upon entry to the room found 3 towels near the glass doors, which were soaking wet, informed reception, said they’d look into it. Left towels where they were. At 10:30pm that night it was raining and water was dripping from the roof into the room. I rang reception, was moved to another room. I guess housekeeping had not informed reception of the leak in the room.
