Très bon établissement

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end, l’établissement a été rénové récemment et est très propre, le lit très confortable. Une ambiance familiale très « cosy », le service est impeccable, nous avons été très bien reçus. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Zimmerausstattung ist gut, Parkpolätze sind genügend vorhanden. Schlecht war, dass das Restaurant nur zur Mittagszeit offen war, nicht für den Abend, sodass wir ein anderes Restaurant in der Umgebung suchen mussten. Unterkunft gut, Öffnungszeiten Restaurant sehr schlecht.

Constamment des bruits de tuyauterie

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé quand on est véhiculé. Pas très loin de Strasbourg et de la station de tram la rotonde. Le staff est plutôt sympathique. Néanmoins la chambre posait plusieurs problèmes. La douche à l'italienne est mal faite et on inonde la salle de bain à chaque douche. Et surtout il y a un bruit constant de tuyauterie dans la chambre où l'on entend comme de l'eau qui coule à tout moment. Tant qu'on est actif ça va mais la nuit ce bruit est vite dérangeant. Je l'ai signalé au staff mais ils pensaient que cela venait du chauffage (pas le cas car ça a continué après avoir éteint le chauffage) et ne pouvaient pas nous changer de chambre car l'hôtel était plein. Aucun personnel de l'hôtel n'est venu voir d'où pouvait venir le problème et aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.

Hotel agréable et jolies chambres

De Passage a Strasbourg nous avons séjourné une nuit dans l’hotel Au Tilleul. Les chambres sont plutôt sympathiques. La déco est très réussi et moderne. La salle de bain était très spacieuse et agréable, la déco aussi particulierement réussie. Un petit bémol pour température qui était un peu basse et qui met du temps à remonter. Rien de bien méchant. Un petit souci aussi de nettoyage dans la salle de bain mais nous n’en tiendrons pas rigueur car le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. Les petits déjeuner étaient de bonne qualité et copieux. Cet hotel offre une bonne adresse pour qui veut visiter strasbourg et ses environs.

Hôtel bien placé et très propre

A 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Strasbourg, il est très bien situé et très bien desservie par le bus a 100m et le tram à côté. L'accueil était très agréable, la literie était super avec un lit en 180 le top. Juste un bémol sur mon séjour j'ai trouvé que le petit déjeuner était très cher (11€/personne) pour du pain et des mini pain au chocolat, ça manque cruellement de gâteaux de la région et surtout de choix, le prix ne correspond pas à l'attente pour ce petit dejeuner.

Hotel à ne pas manquer

Excellent hotel restaurant , chambres propres et confortables pour un très bon rapport qualité prix , mais surtout , des patrons vraiment formidables . Extrêmement gentis et attentionnés tous les deux , ainsi que les parents , ambiance familiale vraiment agréable . Comme nous étions plusieurs clients à aller au Zénith ( visiste du Dalaï Lama ) le chef a décidé sans que personne n'ait fait la moindre demande de faire plusieurs voyages matin et soir pendant les 2 jours pour amener sur place tous les clients concernés . Respect monsieur Jacques , et madame !! J'ai déjà rencontré des hotelières hystériques , à Maintenon par exemple , mais il y a bien longtemps que nous n' avions pas été aussi bien accueillis à l' hotel . A recommander sans aucune réserve ( et en plus , une très bonne table ! )

Les services et équipements de l'hôtel parfaits !

Nous étions de passage et sommes arrivés tardivement après un concert. Le patron nous avait bien indiqué par tel où il avait laissé les clefs avec le mdp, vraiment très opérationnel. L'hôtel est vraiment très beau, un intérieur très bien agencé, bien décoré. De plus le patron est fort accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner du matin est fait maison. Nous avons été très contents des prestations dans leur ensemble.

Hotel familial et original

Hotel original avec des chambres portant des noms. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée. L'hotel manque un peu de personnel le week-end car il s'agit d'un établissement familial. Le petit déjeuner est complet, l'hotelier vous propose spontanément tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le parking devant l'hotel est pratique dans ce quartier où il est difficile de se garer. Le restaurant est bien, avec un peu d'attente toutefois car il y a beaucoup d'habitués, et j'avais l'impression de "passer après". Mais je recommande cet établissment.
