The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is across from the train station. Restaurants, shopping etc right around the corner. There is construction going on(October 2025) , so there was noise starting at 8am

Great boutique hotel a stones throw from the Strasbourg train station. Amazing people welcoming you in. Great bed. A bunch of amenities like an enclosed patio courtyard for the smokers, restaurant & bar. Walking distance to a bunch of things to do and see. Oh, and the people are all amazing!

Super handy hotel for railway station, well designed & compact. Rooms spacious & lots of dining nearby. Direct link to tram network. Two lines A & D start underground with access from station forecourt inside glass area & line C starts @ station @ ground level on opposite side to hotel via centre, so you can't go wrong. 24 hour ticket less than €5 from ticket machine @ tram stop, remember to validate before every journey to avoid penalty fare. Many sites are easy walking distance.

This hotel was very clean and the service was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. We highly recommend Hotel Tandem.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant, and the room was quite large. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. There is a wster bottle in the room that can be filled downstairs from a dispenser. The hotel was very quiet for being near the train station - just a few mins walk.

The property is very close to the train station and the sites we wanted to visit. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small but served its purpose. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but there could have been a lot more choice.

Truly incredible stay. The staff was amazing and breakfast was incredible. They were able to give us a late check-out for a price, but so accommodating with letting us work in the communal space until we had to go even after our late checkout. I cannot recommend this place enough! We loved the decor and vibe. The rooms are a little small but so are all the hotels in France. Very affordable and we booked another night. A must stay!

This was a great hotel, so close to the station. The sights of Strasbourg are an easy walk. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast buffet is superb.

A good feel about the hotel. Well designed, friendly and good breakfasts. Location right by the station but a walk away from the centre. A great place to be unless being in the pedestrian centre is a necessity.
