Great price, sub-par experience overall

Positive: The room looked nice upon entry. Very cozy vibe. Overall clean. Quiet during day. Awesome price for the time of year. Negative: A towel rack was on the floor upon arrival which should have been caught by housekeeping/maintenance. Electrical socket didn't want to hold a plug. Coffee maker still had a k-cup leftover from previous resident. Slamming noises coming from neighbor after quiet time hours. Wi-Fi did not work the entire stay... no TV service, no Internet connection even after multiple reports and responses that maintenance would be out to fix. 3 week stay, not corrected.

When we arrived the code to the room didn’t work, it took some time to get in. The carpet had a significant tear in it,the tv didn’t work but then we realized there was no batteries in the remote but then the tv still didn’t work. Went to get a shower and the shower had black hairs on the shower wall and for some reason the room smelled like a wet dog

Excellent, a couple flaws that can be easily fixed

It was very peaceful, quiet. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable including the couch. Also the showers are very hot, the only flaws was our freezer wasn't freezing our food right also the room smelled like smoke when we first walked into room. Like very strong oder that also smelled like wet dog. And the wifi just never worked. So if you have a kid pls look elsewhere.

This is not handicap accessible there is no handicap parking at the building I'm in there are no handicap ramps. There are people doing wash and being loud every night 2, 3, 4:00 in the morning I was told when I first came here washer and dryers was for hotel personnel only well obviously if your friends would be the owner you can do whatever you want and like.They did at least get someone to vacuum the hallway and they did shovel snow this is all new within the last couple of weeks. I pay for a room cleaning every time I renew my reservation but you have to call management and they will come and clean your room but in order to do that the person you have to talk to is very nasty I called a few weeks ago about getting my room cleaned and I was very rudely treated with the person on the other end of the line. Which took them 33 minutes to answer and then he demanded to know how I got the phone number that he had given me back in June when I started staying here that was the last time that I talked to anyone about cleaning room.
