Comfy bed, staff great, but carpet on the stairs is a safety hazard and should be replaced. Love the décor, but it's not very clean and a bit tired. Good position though.

Lack of car parking and no lift to upper floors caused significant inconvenience as did the change of breakfast serving times without notice. The stair carpet was so frayed as to be highly dangerous. Conveniently positioned for the theatre and the restaurants of Sheep Street. Comfortable bed, good bed linen and towels, decent shower, but our room was in total darkness due to a broken Roman blind which we managed to partially raise ourselves using lengths of twine. Reporting this on check in it remained in attended throughout our three night stay.

Place was cute but quite old. The flooring in the room was uneven and though there was an AC it was too hot for the summer. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Happy we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, no proper vegan options and but a lot good food nearby. Parking is quite difficult in this area, there is a lot but it’s laid and has a bunch of restrictions for timings. All the rooms are different in the hotel, but the bar downstairs is really cute.

Lovely place to stay and staff were amazing especially Red she was brilliant! Wish we had air con in the room but apart from that it was beautiful

Staff really helpful first room we had let it down due to damaged shower and mold on the ceiling. Staff changed us to another room much nicer. Rooms would benefit from some updating.

Good hotel

I chose the Townhouse for its proximity to the Theatre - just a few minutes' walk. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. I didn't eat there but the menu looked great and the restaurant has a lovely ambience.

Great quick stay during the heatwave. I room was really very warm. Fan on hand however but needed another. I beautiful bar, restaurant abd room with bath. Great romantic stay in Stratford centre.

The room was very hot at night and even though we kept the windows open, we were perspiring. Housekeeping did not come in during the four days that we was there. The shower was fabulous and the bed was comfortable.
