The 60 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers space for 2 people. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), in the living area you can enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table. The fully equipped kitchen with a large worktop is located in an alcove and is therefore not visible from the living room. The bathroom has a shower with WC, and there is a separate guest WC next to the bathroom. A staircase leads from the balcony to our beautiful outdoor pool with sunbathing area. The outdoor pool is open from May to September, depending on the weather.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the detached house, which is occupied by a couple. The solar-heated pool (7x4 m) can be reached via a staircase from the balcony. The apartment has been newly renovated and is in excellent condition. Our house is located on the outskirts of the village, facing south with unobstructed views.
