This spacious, dog-friendly 3BR/2BA Stuart home is built for family fun. Arcade game room, gas fire pit, fenced backyard, outdoor kitchen, and 7 beds sleeping 8. Stuart and Jensen Beaches are just 15 minutes away, downtown Stuart is under 3 miles, and groceries are 0.6 miles from your door.

The Space
This bright, open-concept home was designed with families and groups in mind. Every detail — from the bunk bed kids' room to the fully loaded arcade game room — makes this a vacation guests remember and rebook.

Outdoor Oasis
Your private, fully fenced backyard is the heart of the home. The covered porch has lounge furniture and a 50" Roku TV. Cook out on the propane grill, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, and end the evening gathered around the gas fire pit. Cornhole, a mini basketball hoop, and a dart board round out the outdoor fun.

Game Room
A dedicated arcade room loaded with classics — Pac-Man, Centipede, Skee-Ball, and foosball. Rare for a rental and a massive hit with kids and adults alike.

We will provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your Florida getaway. These supplies will typically cover up to 5 days, depending on the frequency of use. Any additional toiletries will need to be purchased at the guest's expense.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Additional Information
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. A link to complete this will be sent via an automated message after you reserve. Please note that access codes and directions will not be provided until the signed agreement is received.

Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Discounts: We offer various discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings, and early-bird reservations. These are automatically calculated and built into your quoted price. Please note that only one of these discount types can be applied per booking.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable after the free cancellation period. No refunds are provided for non-refundable bookings.

This was our second time staying here and still just as pleased as the first time! Place is clean, kids love the games , outdoor space is fun, close to the beach and shopping, and host was super easy to get ahold of if needed. Will be planning to stay here again in the future .

Great spot!

Matthews property was wonderful! It had everything we needed , was super clean, had labels on the drawers (I always appreciate this so I’m not searching constantly for small things). The beds were comfortable - they were even willing to remove the ladder from the bunk bed so we didn’t have to worry about our twin almost 3 year olds safety. The back yard was such a wonderful spot to hang out with the kids and our 5 year old loved the game room. The location was also great - super close to the grocery store , coffee shops, and shopping and the beach was only a 10-15 min drive . We would love to book here again some day!

Super equipped for a great stay. Labeled cabinets, outdoor games on real nice back porch, grill, game room in the garage, extra towels both bath & beach, all of our group thought it was great. We would definately use this property again.

Home Away From Home

While my employees dedicated their time away from their families to carry out their work obligations, I found comfort in having a peaceful home to return to after a long, demanding day. Family Vacation

We stayed at this location because it was close to family members. This is a great location, near shopping, restaurants, and a few local golf courses. Matthew was very quick to respond to any needs and questions. We did not use any of the arcades or outside games, however, can see where this would be beneficial to keep little ones busy during down times. The fenced-in yard was a bonus for our pet. We would stay here again when we need a place in Stuart.

This place was perfect for 2 young families. My sister and hers and me and mine met at this adorable, clean and cozy vacation home. It was a great location and had everything and more we needed. Perfect

We had a wonderful Christmas week in Stuart at this home! The house was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, great outside space, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The fenced in yard provided a perfect space for our dog. If you have children they will enjoy all the games available, even the adults will as well! Matthew is a great host ! From booking to leaving he was communicative and responsive. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests while staying in his home. The beds are comfortable,there are plenty of towels and beach towels available, extra blankets and pillows, well stocked kitchen, really we didn’t lack for anything while there. The neighborhood is safe and my husband was catching bass in the pond down the street! The location is perfect, being close to a grocery store, the beach only 6 miles away and historic downtown Stuart just 2.5 miles away. We will definitely rent this house again when visiting Stuart as it was perfect in every way for us!

Love love love this place!! Perfect for a family vacation. Has toys and a big yard for kids to play in and every amenity you could possibly want. Matt was so nice and welcoming! We accidently locked ourselves out of the game room and Matt drove 90 minutes out of his way to come bring us a spare key. While he was there he made sure everything else was perfect for us. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbohood, with a lake nearby with ducks the kids loved. The beds are amazing and extra comfortable! My husband suffers from back pain and the bed was wonderful for him. We are so glad we chose this vacation home for our trip! If your thinking of booking, don't hasitate, you will love it. One more thing, we didn't find many reviews on the site we booked through, but found there were good reviews of this place on other platforms, so rest assured, we are one of many families who love Matt's place.
