This breathtaking property is located on its own PENINSULA! Stunning water views from almost every window. Please see our reviews, everyone loves it!!!

This updated, year round, charming family cottage features 3 BR, 2 bath
1st Floor Galley Kitchen, large living room w/sliders to a remodeled and heated Sun porch and large wrap around deck, 1st floor Bedroom with Queen and Bunk Beds, renovated full bathroom.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a premium Queen bed. One room has a remodeled bathroom, the other room has a private Juliette balcony overlooking the lake with sitting area.
Both upstairs bedrooms have small air conditioners.

Outdoor life: Fishing is great! Right off the dock or off the peninsula! Large mouth, small mouth and spotted bass, Pickerol, Perch, and even a few Massive Carp and trout. Use the kayaks or canoe to explore the lake or fish! Watch the sunset from a captivating screened in porch or from the front deck on Adirondack chairs. The large grassy yard includes a boat dock, kayaks, canoes, small private beach area with beach chairs, outdoor stone fireplace, outdoor seating area, picnic table with outdoor lighting and an outdoor bathroom!!!

Enjoy your mornings waking up lake side, sipping coffee from the private balcony off the master bedroom.
Soak up the afternoon sun in the lake, fish off the dock or play catch or baseball in the large yard.
As the sun starts to set, enjoy a family dinner by cooking outdoors on the Stone grill! With many options, you can eat inside the sun porch or outdoors on the picnic table as you watch the sunset dip right across the other side of the lake.
Nights by the lake are filled with fun and laughter, sit by the fire, gaze at the beautiful stars or maybe even do a little night fishing for catfish.
