Nice staff and decent room size, but we waited for at least 7 minutes for staff to arrive at the front desk, despite ringing the bell several times. And the people upstairs were very loud, but that's not always something that the hotel can avoid. Otherwise a decent room for the price in Door County.

Room was warm. It took awhile for air to cool it down. Opened window one night, but semis backing in to Ace Hardware early in the morning woke us. Our toilet was very low and the tank wiggled when flushing, but it worked ok. Our room keys didn't work at first, but that was kindly remedied after letting them know. Location was convenient for us. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was great.
