Come be the first to rent a brand new, gorgeous cabin in beautiful Boulder Canyon!! This cabin sits on the top of Red Cliff Road with breathtaking views of the Black Hills. The wrap around deck boasts of relaxation as you listen to the whispering wind in the pine trees of the sprawling forest by day, and gaze at a multitude of stars by night. The main level has an open floor plan in the living and dining area with a 65-inch television, views to the loft/ ping pong room, and ample seating for a family dinner. With the new central A/C system you will stay cool on any summer day. Did I mention the beautiful gas fireplace? What ambiance on a chilly autumn night! The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking in or grilling out; let your culinary skills run wild! Each of the four bedrooms (two up and two down) have queen sized, pillow top mattresses, silky smooth sheets, and cooling pillows. The two full bathrooms (one up and one down) have extra large showers, fluffy towels, and plenty of room for daily prep!
This incredible property is located within minutes of downtown Sturgis heading west; enjoy the rally events all day and sleep in quiet, peaceful, comfortable bliss all night. Sight-seeing and tourist activities are made easy via I-90, Hwy 44, and Hwy 385. East of the property, you'll find Lead, known for winter sports including skiing (down hill and cross-country), snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Right around the corner is Deadwood; cobblestone streets leading to vast wild west history, fun family shops (fudge and taffy!), and casinos for the gambling enthusiast. You'll want to take the time to drive through beautiful Spearfish Canyon; hiking trails abound for outdoor adventurers. Even in the middle of winter, hiking is made easy with a great pair of snow shoes (we have them at the cabin!). A wonderful day trip to Devil's Tower in Wyoming is well worth it if you've got the time. An easy drive south on I-90 leads to Rapid City, home of the Parade of Presidents, Storybook Island, Dinosaur Park, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, and so much more!! Traveling further south leads to Keystone, Hill City, and Custer. Opportunities for adventure are limitless in this direction! From great little shops with "everything South Dakota" to Mr. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. You'll fill several hours with excitement! Now, if golfing is your preference, just look out your own front yard! Boulder Canyon Country Club is the newest 18-hole golf facility in the Black Hills.

cabin in the mountains

The cabin is comfortable, well equipped and worked out well for our stay. It is close to both Deadwood and Sturgis. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong and the rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch.

Great Cabin

Perfect for us. We loved the ping pong table for in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood. Last house on the road. Porch was nice to sit on and enjoy weather. Lots of deer in the mornings.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Cabin was cozy with good sized bedrooms. Perfect place if you are visiting Deadwood and Stugis area. All the Black Hill's attractions are within an hour drive. Great communication with our host Jacob. Will visit again.

This is a beautiful, quiet place. Enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning.

Lots of deer in the neighborhood. LOTS of history in the surrounding area. The only thing lacking was more seating in the living room. We ended up using dining chairs. There were 6 of us staying here. Overall, I would stay here again. Thanks Jake and Leslie for sharing your property with us!!

Beautiful property

Our family (2 adults and 5 kids from 3 to 14) had a wonderful stay. The location was in a beautiful area without being too remote or challenging to access. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved exploring the woods around the home and the ping pong table. The house included more than we expected in the kitchen to help with cooking meals in the kitchen. Watching the sunset from the porch rockers was a highlight of the trip. Google map directions do not locate the property, but the owners provided detailed directions that made it easy to find. Great place, highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

This rental was wonderful! It was exceptionally clean and it was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances. The location was perfect for us and the view was amazing. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very accomodating to our schedule. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay

This place was perfect. My daughter was getting married in Spearfish so we found this place. It was the perfect size and really was in a great area. It is a little bit of a climb on a gravel road to get to it but it still works. House is perfect and my daughter even had the room to make her own 4 tier wedding cake.

Great cabin in perfect location.

This cabin is cute and cozy. The location is perfect to visit Sturgis or Deadwood. Also very close to the trailhead for riding. Everything was in good shape and very clean. We had 2 trailers with ATVs and there was plenty of parking. Be aware the driveway is gravel and on quite a hill. Not an issue for us, but could be for motorcycles. The only issue we had was no central air. It was over 100 degrees one day and the cabin was too hot to sleep. The portable air conditioners could not keep up. I would love to stay here again, but it would be nice to see an improvement with the air conditioning. Spring or fall would be perfect here.

Nice property with great view.

Sturgis vacation with 3 couples. Property accommodated all of us nicely. Plenty of space. New and clean. Large showers were a plus. Enjoyed the view sitting on the porch in the evenings.

It was a very nice place to stay, with everything we needed except air conditioning. It was unusually hot over the 4th and the 2 mobile units were not enough. One comment, the mattresses were very soft, and sagged with 2 people in a bed.

Great cabin and great location! We had a blast!

Great cabin! We had an awesome time staying here with our two boys, ages 7 and 11. It was a new adventure for us to discover South Dakota and what it has to offer! I have already recommended the cabin to my parents and friends!
