The hotel is modern, and I really liked the online check-in. The virtual key is also very handy, as you don't need to worry about carrying a physical key. The restaurant on the ground floor is very nice, with tasty food and drinks, and the staff are also very friendly. The only negative point is the issue with the shower, which clearly hasn't been resolved yet. Just to be fair, I want to mention that it's only the water temperature that changes suddenly — but that's all. The bathroom is very clean, and the amenities are great. I would definitely book again when returning to Stuttgart in the future.

Naff branding, located in business district - close to plenty of good transport links including U6 tram direct to airport and messe exhibition. Clean & utilitarian - small bar and decent breakfast available. Thumbs up.

Good, but bad shower

It was good in general, but the water in the shower was either ice cold or cooking, wich has nothing to do with being sustainable. It's almost impossible to take a shower because switching rapidly from hot to cold is necessary wich takes a lot oft time and water. Plus the construction workers started drilling at 9am, I get it, but they could have waited until 11am when most people are awake and ready to check out.

Sauber, freundlich und digital

Super sauber, moderne Gestaltung der Zimmer, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Service-Personal, digitaler Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert, gibt auch Spiegelei (wachsweich)! Verbesserungspotenzial: relativ hellhörig (konnte Nachbarn schnarchen hören), Hinweis wie man die Rechnung erhält (nichts in den FAQ zu finden und ohne Rezeption keine Info), Frühstück: einfach, aber in Ordnung, Anordnung der Auslagen etc. nicht praktisch, bspw. kann man in der Nähe der Auflageboxen nirgends sein Teller hinstellen, wenn man doch mal zwei Hände benötigt. Der Frischkäse ist so fest, dass immer mehr als ein Löffel benötigt wird. Zu der aufpreispflichtigen Siebträger fehlt Preisinfo und ein Hinweis, dass dies die Alternative zum kostenlosem Vollautomat ist. Tipp: Selbst mal als Service-Personal ein Frühstück als "neuer" Gast absolvieren.
