Die Unterkunft hat einen Stern zu viel. (z.B. leere Minibar, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch; Das zuerst angebotene Zimmer roch nach Rauch und nassem Hund)

Es tut uns aufrichtig leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und dass es einige Unannehmlichkeiten gab.Das Sie im Zimmer unangenehme Gerüche wahrgenommen haben, tut uns leid. Wir werden dies mit unserem Reinigungsteam besprechen.Die Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch hat allerdings nicht mit einem Sterne Standard sonder viel mehr mit Umweltschutz zu tun.Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und werden sicherstellen, dass unsere Teams die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um solche Probleme in Zukunft zu vermeiden.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Ich wohne alle paar Wochen, dann ein paar Tage im Hotel Nestor. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral. Ich hatte auch schon mehrfach meinen Hund dabei und der war auch stets willkommen.
