Nice big place but was hard to navigate to at first. The address didn't take you into the complex. I did not like the self check-in. There's a person there just do it. Keep at it and there won't be any front desk staff soon at all. The room was very spacious, the shower gorgeous.

Good facilities but service needs improvement

The suite room itself was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that there is no driveway in front of the hotel, very difficult to walk from P2 parking to the hotel front due to the lack of signs. Parking fees were also paid for at the machine each time we leave the parking lot. There was a big Smart TV in the room, but it didn't have an internet connection. No Youtube or video through mobile in the big screen. I reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done. I knew about towel changes beforehand, but they were only changed once every four days, so I had to use them carefully during my stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a few dishes; no knives, pots, heaters or extractor fans are provided, so we could only prepare food that can be heated in the microwave.

It’s absolutely amazing!! Everything from A-to-Z. Very, very clean. Best breakfast ever. I highly recommended to all. The stuff are super friendly. Specially, the folks at the bar. Good drinks, good food, friendly people are always there to be surrounded by. Specially, the 2 bartender are the best. Nhu & Peter. I had some drinks and pizza for dinner. These guys are so nice 👍 and they take of me and all other customers!!!

Not worth the price

People talked in the park all hours of the night, air conditioner was being repaired all month, smoking was allowed on balcony so our room was filled with cigarette smoke. The breakfast also wasnt very good, especially for the price. The staff however is mostly fantastic. All the employees in the main building are very nice and welcoming. Its too bad the overall facility has gone down hill.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. While check in we had a difficult time finding the parking since it is on the other side, and parking at T3 is very important since if you park at T2, walking with the luggage is difficult. The elevator was spoilt when we checked out and had to carry the luggage down the stairs. Very peaceful and good area and overall stay was comfortable.

Stylish Apartment with all Mod Cons

The hotel comprises of different blocks where your accommodation is a modern apartment. We had a ground floor with patio. Others have balconies. Main building has reception, bar which serves snacks , breakfast area. Si suites appear to be on a purpose built complex with other hotels, cinema, theatre and restaurants including an Irish bar - the Dubliner which serve’s Irish fare. Accommodation has all mod cons, to in each room including the bathroom. Everything can be controlled by keypads, lights, curtains etc. Impressive.
