Great and easy to work with staff. Continental breakfast was good and well managed/staff on site to refill as needed. No elevator, which made luggage a bit difficult to second floor, but not terrible.

The shower needed some TLC and the remote would not work to turn down the volume on the tv. Breakfast was good but the eggs were rather powdery and plain. We would stay here again.

The room smelled like wet towel that have sat out. The handle on toilet was broken, and paint chips all over the door. Staff was amazing, needed to change room due to accessibility needs.

A $250 deposit was charged to the credit card on top of the room fee that I was not aware of. It was refunded after check out. The room was clean along with all areas of the hotel. Does need some maintenance in rooms (towel bar missing in bathroom, older shower head, slow draining bathroom sink). Overall great stay

Looks like the place is falling apart. The doors are very old, the bathroom fans dont work, even the toilet was installed crooked. The outside doors other than the main entrance are just terrible. Bolts sticking out that could cut someone, electric strikes that are missing parts and so on. It's been going down hill for years. My first stay there was 20 years ago and I've been returning for the location but I'm moving on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we first entered our room we found the cleaning supplies, used gloves and rag in the bathroom. This was promptly removed by the staff. The bathtub was not in good order. The showerhead leaked and you could visually see the "leak-seal" sprayed around the tub/tile transition. The Neighborhood was questionable with homeless/transient individuals in close proximity. Breakfast was basic but good and continually stocked with freshly prepared food.
