Reserved room then called us before we checked in to say rooms bathroom wasnt working. Gave us another room and booked queen but got 2 double and heater in room very noisey. Shower in morning found out wasnt working. They discounted but not a good place to stay!!

The front desk staff were very good. The room however was very poor. White paint marks on carpet, draperies were not hing properly, carpet was ripped, lampshade was dented, room had been repainted and it was very sloppy.

1. Bathroom Safety - no grab rail in the shower and no non-slip surface on the tub, during shower it was ++slippery - either put something non-slip or put in a grab bar 2. Bathroom Safety - light switch for the bathroom was over by the door to the room, far from where needed and no night-light in the bathroom to assist with darkness when someone gets up during the night to use toilet 3. Pillows - all three pillows on bed were +++++flat, stacked on top of each other were thinner than the thickness of the comforter 4. Health and Safety - garbage stored under the stairs in a public facing area, some bags open with garbage coming out 5. Cleanliness of room - garbage under the counter in the bathroom (not in garbage can), sheets on the bed were wrinkled (I chose to believe just wrinkled and not used), floor by bed had several candy wrappers on it when we entered

The place was disgusting, they owners and staff were doing renovations from the time i checked in at until the time i left i spent 2 night.. the employees were painting the room next store to me all night, the owners had there employees taking out old furniture and replacing it my room wasnt updated, there was black mold on the ceiling in the show, my neighbors down the hall had dogs in there room barking all night, there was no heat in the hallways, the restaurant the menu, i had cheese sticks and calamari, the calamari tasted like chewing rubber and the cheese sticks were cold... the breakfast was the only good part of the whole experience, it was a 5 out of 10, but when i asked if i could bring some back to my room because she never slept the first night, the attendant in the restaurant said you arent allowed to bring food back to your room.... very cheap ownership, i would not recommend anyone stay there, what a terrible first experience in sudbury.. will not be back!

The room 245 was very neglected. 2 facecloths were stained, a towel had 2 holes, shower curtain had at least 4 holes, walls needed a lot of care, I ran my hand over the wall on top of the heater and a whole lot of big dust pieces came off. No toilet paper holder, no towel holder, no bath mat or e bar to feel secure from slipping. The stains in tub were disgusting. No chairs at room desk but after asking, we got one. The sofa bed needs to be changed, worn out. The stairways were disgusting, rail and steps. Nobody ever cleaned the stairs during our 3 day stay. Same garbage on stairs every day. It should've been vacuumed. I understand they were doing renos near my room but each night I was shocked at how messy the hallway to our room was. No one bothers to clean up.
