i was quiet disappointed during breakfast as we waited for almost 10 minutes lining up outside thinking the tables were full but when we checked, it’s just nobody bothered cleaning the table and assisting in the waiting area.

We were in Sudbury because our transport truck broke down and the hotel front desk staff were amazing! Friendly understanding and so very cooperative! Would def stay there again thank you again everyone there

Room was not clean. Booked a room for 4 ppl only given 2 towels. Coffee maker still had the filter from last guest in it. Pulled sheets back and there was hair in the bed. There is a notice in the room that they clean every 3 days. I guess our 1st day must have been day 2. Shavings still in sink. Absolutely disgusting. Parking pass didn’t work and no one would answer when call button pressed. Had to go back in to get a new pass. Very inconvenient and dirty.

Had a great stay! Staff member Faith went over and above to provide great customer service. We asked for extra towels and even though she was extremely busy she hand delivered them to our room door. She did a great job in making sure our stay was convenient and comfortable as I did not meet any other staff. Answered all questions I had about dining and parking in a professional and understandable manner. Overall very good experience, would definitely stay there again.
