Everything was fine. It's unfortunate that we had a power outage and the pool was out of service for our second day at the hotel. The power outage was nothing that the hotel could have done, and I feel they handled it wonderfully. Our room's shower rod was about to fall out of the wall, but not noticeable unless you were in the shower, and could see the anchors almost fully out of the wall. It didn't matter for our stay, but I did let someone know as we checked out. Also, the drain in the shower seemed kind of clogged (again, something you wouldn't notice unless someone complained about it.) I let someone know during checkout. I would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

The front desk staff are lovely and very understanding. However, the cleaning staff need to be re staffed. Found a small blood stain on the bed, took it off and went to sleep when i woke i found an even worse stain. Larger than my fist im hoping it was blood and not a fecal stain. Thankfully the staff refunded me half of my payment in compensation. I could see they were un aware and genuinely concerned for me. I felt comfortable knowing they would do better for future visiters.

We checked in a few hours ago when it took four rooms until we got one that is still poor but ok. The first was not what we booked (didn’t have a outside door) so we asked for a room of what we booked. The guy then got fustrated, said the advertisements are a lie and gave us a room with 1 bed. It had four foldable tables, a dirty towel in the bathroom, broken bed and looked like it was used as a storage closet. The third room was dirty and beds weren’t properly made. The energy in the room felt like something bad happened in there. We asked for a refund so we can go to another hotel but the front desk guy said no. We are now staying in a room less than what we paid for, has dirt stains on every wall, smells like cigarettes and alcohol, and hasn’t been cleaned properly. I am extremely disappointed in this. I have children and feel exceptionally bad that my children have to be in this environment. There is writing on walls in the hallway and the hotel is dirty. We will never be staying here again.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good. Didnt like being woke at 530 to sound of snowplow in the lot. Room close to stairwell and elevator. Noisy until 11pm. Overall was okay.
