Sunny beach apartment in Las Palmeres/Valencia
You are renting a sunny 75m² south-facing beach flat on the 4th floor with a sea view, 40 metres from the beach promenade. The flat has beds for five people in a room with a double bed, a room with two separate beds and a small room with one bed. The flat has two bathrooms, one with a shower. A large living room with dining table, sofa and television leads onto the large terrace with sea view.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, new crockery and everything you need for cooking. Next to it is a utility terrace with washing machine. The most important spices, oil/vinegar as well as dishwasher tabs, detergents and soaps are of course included in the price if you want to use them.
As the cool sea and mountain breeze is constantly blowing through the flat, there is no air conditioning. There are electric heaters for the winter.
Food:
For shopping, use the Consum supermarket in El Perello, about 3 minutes away (by car). It has a great range of very fresh fish, the best selection of fruit and vegetables in the area and everything else you need.
Lidl and Carrefour are 13 km away in Cullera.
Fresh bread and snacks can be found daily from 8 a.m. around the corner 50 metres away in the mini-supermarket run by Andres and his family. He also has a great coffee from the portafilter machine. But only if he has the time and inclination.
