Komfortables Hotel in direkter Innenstadtlage

Pros: Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung.
Cons: Personal große Verständigungsprobleme; Barpersonal ist nicht geschult, Reparaturen dauern eine WOCHE (Dampfsauna); Geräte im Fitnessbereich desolat.
Location: Hotel befindet sich gegenüber dem Bahnhof in Innenstadtnähe. Man ist schnell in Oberhof, Zella Mehlis und weiteren thür. Ortschaften; Rennsteig.
Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, verfügt über einen familienfreundlichen Sport- und Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfassend und total ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit einer modernen Nasszelle und sehr sauber. Der Fitnessraum ist mit zu vielen Gerätschaften ausgestattet; daher kaum Bewegungsfreiheit -.die Geräte sind in einem sehr desolaten Zustand. Die Dampfsauna war einen Tag in Betrieb und für den Rest des Aufenthaltes gesperrt, da erst eine Woche später der Reparaturservice kommen soll. Auch waren die Frühstückszeiten sehr überfüllt, so dass man gut eine halbe Stunde auf einen beräumten Tisch warten musste. Der Lobbybarbereich war unter aller Kanone; ein bestelltes Alster war ein geliefertes Bier; ein Mojito - war ein Getränk mit Zitrone ohne weitere Zutaten; jedoch mit Salz anstatt Zucker

Zimmer groß und gemütlich , aber Fenster nach draußen ganz klein. Personal freundlich , Frühstück sehr gut.

Neues Hotel (oder modernisiert). Fitnessstudio riecht stark nach Plastik. Hantelständer im Fitnessstudio vorhanden, allerdings fehlen die Hanteln. Stühle im Schwimmbad sind keine Liegestühle und laden daher nicht zum Verweilen ein. Service insgesamt passt nicht zu 4-Sterne-Kategorie.
