Located on 2.3 acres bordered by woodlands, Binion Lodge provides access to Beaver Lake, just yards from Lake Shelbyville. Ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and is fully wheelchair-accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy its charms. Relax outdoors on the wide porch or the patio and watch the birds feeding nearby. Deer crossing the lawn and other wildlife animals and birds are commonly seen. The game room is a big hit with kids and adults alike. With its spacious indoor design and a large backyard, Binion Lodge is a great space for entertaining or family get-togethers.
Our ample parking with electrical outlets provides convenience for those with boats or camping gear. Whether you're hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature, our retreat offers everything needed for a memorable stay.
The house is 1850 sqft with an additional 830 sqft attached garage that is used as a game room. You have complete access to the home as well as the 2.3 acres it sits on. The property adjoins Corps of Engineer wooded property on two sides with Beaver Lake just a few feet away. A farm field is located on the west side and the owner's separate farm property is to the south. The house itself is 7 years old and was recently completely renovated. It is decorated with a mix of antiques, vintage pieces, and brand-new furniture. The artwork is of birds and wildlife common to the area. It is very common to view deer crossing the property at dusk.
