The home features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.
Primary Bedroom features a King Bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Full bed. Outside, enjoy direct access to crystal-clear canal waters, perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. There is about 25' of boat dockage available for your use and a fish cleaning station. The Owners boat will be on the boat lift during your stay, After a day on the water, unwind in the private hot tub or sip cocktails under the charming tiki hut as the sun sets.
Located just 30 minutes from Key West, you'll be close enough to enjoy its vibrant nightlife, culture, and history—while returning to the peaceful charm of Summerland Key. Whether you're planning an extended Florida Keys vacation, a seasonal retreat, or a work-from-paradise getaway, Latitude Adjustment offers the luxury, location, and lifestyle that make every day feel like a holiday.
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included up to $200 for water usage and $300 for electric usage. To ensure that you are protected, a Damage Waiver policy is included with your stay and may help protect up to $3000 in accidental damages. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
