This is a Pet-Friendly Home. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a paid pet fee of $250 per dog. Rental manager must be notified at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
The 2 boat lifts onsite are NOT for renter use.
28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Main renter must be 25 years of age or older.
*The renter will be asked to send a photo of their driver's license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager. Online bookings are accepted with Rental Manager approval within 24 hours. A signed vacation rental contract is required to confirm the reservation.
To protect both you and the homeowner, a Damage Waiver Policy is included to cover accidental damages during your stay.
Bluescape Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
