What to say about this property? Renovations are being done or have been done. Workmanship is not the best. Our room was clean and updated except for the bathtub. Grout was in poor condition, tub had rust. Couldn't have a bath in it, only a shower as the connection was broken and the tub stopper did not work. In the end the water in the tub/shower was tepid at best, but the sink was fine. Elevator was out, hallway was dirty with what looked like construction debris. Looks like the owners are trying to update but are missing the mark. Breakfast was good but cutlery was the cheapest flimiest plastic possible. Area around parking lot was not inviting - a run down low income apartment and a horrible looking restaurant did not make the area appealing. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional.

Terrible place, gave us a room with a broken shower. (Said maintenance would look into it in it 40 mins, knew it wasnt going fo be an easy fix)We asked to be moved fo a new room, aftwr being at yhebeach all day me and my children needed ahowers begire our supper reservations. was told there was nothing avaliable. I said i wanted my money back ans all of a sudden a room became available. There was no parking for us. New room has aomething sticky all over the floor and a dirty kleenex (i couldnt even complain at this point) we werw only there to sleep. No pool.never going back

We stayed for one night while visiting PEI. Our room was not in the main building and felt old and musty , the bathroom door was broken, there were no hooks, and the floor wasn’t clean. The breakfast area also needed attention, with dirty tables and coffee spilled near the stairs. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and since we spent most of our time walking around the area, it worked out fine for just a place to sleep.

The staff was friendly but it's a 2 star hotel, this hotel was renovated by a weekend warrior crew and kind of interesting. The elevator could barely fit 4 people with each having suitcase and it smelled like diesel fuel. The bathrooms and room barely had any lighting and the blinds were not effective. I would not stay there had I known, but if you need a cost effective hotel and don't care about the above then it's fine I guess.

Dirty, worn out fixtures, tub did not drain, sink barely drained, kitchen faucets not anchored, no utensils to meet suite requirements,no plates pots knives forks broken 6" frying pan, baseboard heater covers falling off wall. Hotel is at best a 2*. Had a bed that was so soft was unable to turn over. Outdated everything. Never going back!!!

Not a bad place generally but not great either. Bed was comfortable but bathroom needed some work. It was close to a few restaurants and the trail which was great. It was not a quiet as I would have liked and there were folks around that I don’t think were guests.

Left a lot to be desired

We had high hopes for this hotel and were disappointed. The rooms had been renovated but the paint job was very poorly done. Our beds were not made and when we needed new bedsheets they were left in a pile. Rooms were not swept. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We waited 10 minutes to be checked in with no one at the front desk.
