The front desk clerk was extremely hard to understand. The facility is run down (which pictures online are deceiving). The room has a cleaner smell that is overpowering and creating headaches for my family. The door has no weather strips, which lets lights, noises, and insects in. We are extremely displeased and would never recommend this location to anyone.

The room was a non-smoking room and it smelled like a whole pack of cigarettes in there. I paid full price on both the rooms. The conditions of the rooms were horrible and I checked in there at 4 AM in the morning and had to check out by 11 o’clock that’s understandable or whatever, but no kind of I’m sorry or nothing. I should be refunded my money mind you’re not I got two rooms. The rooms were not in good condition at all. The stuff was broken. The shower was filthy. I can write a whole list about this place, but not worth my time , I would not recommend it to anybody

Property workers not friendly, not willing to help with any issues. Room was dirty, property is ran down. My 5 year old had a accident in bed, so they charged me 150$ for sheets. Told them I’d go to local Walmart and buy new ones for much less, they didn’t want to hear it. Treated me very rudely, do not recommend.
