Your Checkout Time Is Questionable?

The room was very clean and cozy. Everything was great until the next day at checkout time. Checkout time is at 1100. We were being bothered at 0900-0930. 2 hours and an hour and a half before checkout time. We even said something and they still tried to enter the room anyways. That to me, is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate to the people staying at this hotel. I get you want to clean the rooms and get on with your jobs, but that is over the top. It seriously makes me not want to stay here again at this hotel. I always leave at the desired checkout time. But being almost “bullied” (the best way I can describe it) is disgusting.

Overall nice hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was nice. Only thing I wish it had were blackout curtains like most hotels do. There were blinds over the window, but I woke up a lot earlier because the sun was shining in my face so brightly even with the blinds closed. I would stay here again.

Clean. Bed slept fine. There was no ice bucket or ice machine. Full size fridge and mini kitchen. Also no breakfast. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff need to be called from an alert button to be reached (no house phone in lobby). The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but it had possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on in a hotel. There was no coffee maker, and some other minor items that are usually found in a hotel room were missing (tissue boxes, note pads, etc.). I'd like to think that these issues pertained only to this one room, but I can't say for sure. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway at times. All in all I would say that this is a nice property for a good price (other than the bed).
