Prepare for exploration and fun at this Western-style retreat! This condo has everything a family or small group could need to enjoy the many fun aspects of Sun Valley. Step inside and settle into the richly decorated Great room. Fire up the gas fireplace and fix up a snack in the well-equipped kitchen. The vaulted ceilings add a feeling of luxury, and the massive windows provide a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. Relax inside or outside - the private gas grill comes in handy for coming together on the deck! The bedrooms are spread out across the upper and lower floors, with a workspace upstairs so folks with some remote work (or schooling) to complete can knock it out.

Guests of this condo will be able to partake in fun shared amenities like pools and tennis courts.

But no matter how you choose to enjoy your vacation, this condo will be there to be your home base.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Sun Valley is home to wonderful natural attractions, and this condo is particularly advantageous for guests looking to explore them all. Walk to the lifts on Dollar Mountain in Elkhorn and enjoy the terrain park and beginning slopes (Bald Mountain offers more challenging runs just eight miles from the condo). See the whole area with more clarity with one of the Sun Valley Mountain Guides at Sturtevant’s (just three miles away) or rent some gear and venture out yourself. Fly Sun Valley offers an even better view from the air! Just reserve your flight at their base, three miles from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When we arrived the property hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. We contacted Vacasa and they entered a "high priority" case. We asked to be moved to a new unit or for the cleaners to arrive. We did not hear back and decided to clean the unit ourselves and stay. We vacuumed, scrubbed the bathroom and kitchen, took out the trash, did the laundry, and remade the bed. The unit uses a gas stove for heating in the winter. This is a burn hazard for young children and we would therefore not recommend this unit for people with small children. Otherwise, the unit is in a good location, has a small, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Having 2 bathrooms is helpful for a larger group. Because of the cleaning issue, we will not use Vacasa again - book at your own risk.

Great stay - exception of amenity passes

We loved our stay - property was perfect & made an amazing weekend with friends. Be sure to read fine print on amenity passes and send that email way in advance. Dishwasher was not working but refund helped and property provided dish soap. All in all we are all very happy and want to come back already!

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. The living space is smaller than it would appear in the pictures. Condo is on the second floor so it was a haul to get our gear in. Heated by a gas fireplace and cadet wall heaters. Deck was not usable as it was covered in feet of snow. Location was convenient and quiet. Hot tub not right at property. A bit away but, nice and outdoors.

Perfectly located nicely appointed condo

We came up to Sun Valley for our annual Christmas ski vacation and we fortunate to enjoy the condi as well as 4 DAYS OF POWDER. What a great time!

Great location but needs updates

We loved the location of this property, it was nice and quiet and close to bike trails. BUT, it definitely needed some updates and a good cleaning. The BBQ utensils were left out on the deck with grease and food all over them, they hadn’t been washed from the previous guest. The beds were very uncomfortable and the fireplace didn’t work, luckily the maintenance guy was able to come fix it the fireplace. Definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid. Sorry!!

We had a great time at this property. There was some miscommunication with the pool and getting the kids access. I was able to call vacasa and they had someone email me so the kids could use the pool.(I wish this had been explained better through the reservation process, but appreciated how quickly they got back to me.). Nice and Functional Place in Good Location

Location is great. The outside Deck is great. Property management is responsive. I would note that the TV system is unduly complicated and if you aren't very tech savvy you would get frustrated with the system and the instructions which are also complicated. Someone had plugged the HDMI cord into the wrong outlet and it took nearly an hour to figure everything out and get it running. If the property management team had test run it before we had arrived they would have fixed the issue ahead of time. Other than this issue, they were very responsive.
