Unsere Ferienwohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 50 qm. Zur Ausstattung gehören: Ein Wohn-Essbereich mit Sat-TV und Radio. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch für eine Person. Im Schlafzimmer ein Bett 140x200cm. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Sorpesee laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Bad mit Fenster (Dusche, WC), Flur, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Microwelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, und Kaffeemaschine und Senseo. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage, ohne Aufzug. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Stellplatz.
Ein Hausinternes Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad steht unseren Feriengästen in der Zeit von 09.00-17.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Hier können Sie in aller Ruhe ein paar Bahnen schwimmen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Ihnen alles, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig im Herzen von Langscheid. Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele, verschiedene gastronomische Angebote, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Sorpesee und die bewaldete Umgebung laden ein, sich beim Mountainbiken, wandern, surfen, segeln oder schwimmen zu erholen.
