Staff were quite welcoming. I had a minor Issue with payment prior to arrival which was sorted quickly and efficiently. Room was average- had booked a one bedroom but was put in a two bedroom with one bathroom and bedroom being locked off (a bit weird). Older decor compared to what was predominantly shown on site.
