The Beach Resort is a very cool architecturally designed building for the Queensland climate. And inside the one bedroom apartment was everything you could need to stay for a long period of time.

Second stay here in Mooloolaba and the rooms are spacious and balcony are lovely too. Well located walking distance to the restaurant district on the esplanade and close to Coles too. Will be coming back

Terrible customer service, reception is always closed. Cockroaches in my room and I wasn't able to get changed to a different room. Place felt generally dirty, dusty, and grimy. Caller representative said they'd call me back to find a way to compensate me but never did. They couldn't care less about you.

Fun time on the Sunshine

Nice room. Nice kitchen with two burner stove, microwave, mini dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer and dryer in unit. Large balcony with a good view of the ocean and the mountains.
