We are a family of 4, our son is 5 and daughter is 11 and we all loved this place. I would highly recommend this place to stay for all ages. The only negative thing i have to say about the place was the beds were very hard, this is only an issue for me as i have a bad back. This would not put me off staying here again though, thats how good this place is

On check in I would recommend you ask your exact car park allocation. I would only suggest you book a superior room which hopefully has a clean sofa and carpet and a room that you cannot hear the TV in the next room. Quite noisy with cars at night. I would ring ahead and check location of your room.

I’ve stayed at the Ivory Palms twice now. I would highly recommend this property for solo travelers and/or families. I would suggest the superior apartment over the standard apartment as this is quite outdated. The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. The resort is walking distance to both Noosaville and Tewantin.

Overall a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Have taken some points away because we were told some renovations would he completed on the main pool after after the 1st night of our stay the renovations were not completed the entire time we stayed and there was no ability to use the main pool.

The two pools that were open were both cold. Annoying rfid tag needed to come and go from pools. No gym. No room service. No car chargers. Very small kids playground. Construction crews parked everywhere during our stay.

Mould in the shower floors in the bathroom kitchen the room wasn’t clean have considered refund as the room that you have now given us is beautiful we extended our stay and requested we change rooms. The room that we have changed into as of today is much more acceptable condition. Can you please refund us for the first part of our stay as it was a terrible experience?

A great place to stay. Our room was huge and well appointed. After a phone call the after hours check in was great. A shame that one of the pools was being upgraded during our stay, but we will be back if staying in Noosa again.

Lovely outdoor setting looking out to the stream. Some wildlife to look at. I think water dragons. The unit was clean with all amenities provided including full oven ,washing machine and dryer. The facilities outside were great and would be marvelous for families. We hope to return with our families

It was a pretty good stay, however: 1. There was a renovation going on therefore the restaurant and the main pool were closed. I did get an email about those works but it was well after I booked my stay, I wish I had known it at the time of booking what might have altered my decision. 2. There's no grocery shops within a walking distance, there's a pub nearby and fish and chips and Pizza Hut stores within about 10 minutes walk. 3. It can be a little noisy if your windows face the main street. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay, the staff was pretty cheerful by Queensland's standards.
