The only negative for my stay was the size and weight of the room service meal plates. I was on my own at the sunny coast for a neurosurgeon appointment having severe back pain and the weight of the plates individually and especially all together on the tray were far too heavy to lift and manoeuvre. The meals were delicious.

Bathroom was dirty, grime and mould present in shower and tiles. Toilet lid closed noisily. Quilt had a stain on it. Water station near lift empty. Felt like budget accommodation. Would be great to have a book with info about hotel, room info etc as well as QR code for older guests
