Another relaxing stay at the Pelican Waters Resort, can do what we like when we like. Great food on the premises and ftiendly staff. Loved the welcome cookies but voukd find where to buy more the next day!

Second stay here and it rained all 3 days...again. But the hotel is very nice, clean and good facilities. Staff friendly and helpful although not on duty 24hrs. Sadly there's no arrangement with the adjoining golf course and it's over $120 a round, depending on the day. Probably the last time we'll be here, even though pricing for longer stays is good, it's just a bit too far out and golf price is over the top.

Only good thing going for this place is the view of the golf course the desk staff are rude and treat the workers poor the restaurant staff are nice but need more staff I 2 times I Try'd to get a meal didn't answer the phone and the next time i asked if i could buy a coffee and was told we are too busy when there was only 8 people in the dinner area, and don't even get me started on the bathroom! had poo or blood stains on them was so gross and also the doona on the bed had vomit stains I didn't even use it me made me feel sick... all in all the view of the golf course is the only thing holding this place together very disappointing.
