No heating. Was told to turn a/c off as no heating but then room became stuffy. Very noisy and could hear people in the next room. Iron leaked on my clothes. Headboard dirty and could to with a paint freshen up at least.

I liked this property because of all of the above. I found it easy to get around (no car). Challenging to find somewhere to purchase a Go card- Marcoola Newsagent the only place in the area to buy one. Staff friendly. There were plenty of brochures. Staff not always up to date regards day tours and how to book them. I would highly recommend the Ramada on Marcoola Beach as a good place to stay. Several shops to access across the road.

Ok at arrival staff were friendly. Nice view over airport. Restaurant open for Lunch and Dinner no breakfast during week, got stuff from Coles and 7eleven. No laundry had to go to Laundromat. After a couple of days wife got very bitten by bugs. Showed the manager,got upgraded to another room so they could fumigate. Won't be going back.

The first room we had, had mould on the curtains, dirty carpets and a damp smell. It was very rundown including a microwave and fridge that were stained and very old. The staff were then able to move us to a beautiful newly renovated room. the pool and restaurant were amazing just a shame some of the rooms need upgrading.
