Wonderful beach holiday

The unit is very modern and nicely furnished with IKEA. Such a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and coastal walkway and a coffee shop. Lovely outlook over the pool and garden with back entrance to the street. Appreciated the undercover parking. Superb help from Cate the property manager. She was very helpful on the day we checked in as we were traveling from overseas and arrived late on Jan 1st. She answered her phone straight away even though a public holiday and she gave us very clear instructions on how to pick up the keys. She even put in a packet of chocolate macadamia nuts which we really enjoyed after our long flight from the States. She was really incredibly responsive to all our requests such as beach towels and even gave us a new electric BBQ as the complexes BBQ was not functional. She was also very quick to get a service person around to look at the air conditioner in the master bedroom which was not working. Within a day or 2 we she had a new system installed! Highly recommend this unit and utopiarentals!

Property was very clean and nicely furnished. Only 2 of the bedrooms were air conditioned and no air con downstairs, or screens. Be aware of this if booking in summer and you are not used to hella humidity.
