My first room had a toilet that did not flush, but I was re-roomed quickly and easily. The building is pretty cool as it is so old, but still in relatively good shape. There is a neat history to the hotel as well. The breakfast was some coffee/juice and some pastries. I thought it was fine, but I like a simple to go breakfast. The rooms look nothing like the pictures showing on Expedia. I felt like I was in my old college dorm with no controllable heat, especially since it -20 to -40 below when I visited in December and I had the window wide open, and the room still didn't cool down much.

This is an older hotel, but that made it cute and quaint. My major disappointment was how loud our room was overlooking the Main Street. Otherwise it worth the value!

Staff was rude at late night check in, breakfast was subpar, parking lot was a bit sketchy feeling but that comes with the area. Room was clean for the most part, some trash left in the can.

The only thing I didn't like was that our room had no heat beisdes a radiator heater that they plugged in. It was real feel -29+ outside. It would have been nice for a heads up so i could have brought a heating blanket. Asked for a extra blanket.. never got it. Never have experienced that before, as we stay every couple months.

Temperature control is difficult to manage due to only having a very old heater only. No amenities such as blow dryer or even a USB. Tiny bathroom you could hardly turn around in. Plan for only having a bed, a tv, and a bathroom. Bring EVERYTHING else, including a fan.

Very small basic room was clean. Radiator heat with limited heat so the room was very hot. Slept with a window wide open in December to get a comfortable temperature, which meant hearing people on the street after bars closed. Best description is that this is a college dorm room for adults. Comfortable bed.
