The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Suitable for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 10 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep).
