Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views at Oceanview Reserve, a luxurious beachfront home offering all the comforts of a private resort. With multiple oceanfront decks, an elevator, and an open-concept main level, every detail has been designed for relaxation and family enjoyment. Step outside to your private beach just steps from the front door, or take a stroll toward the pier or the point for seashell and hermit crab hunting. Located on the quiet east end of the island, this home provides a kid-friendly environment while remaining convenient to the bridge, restaurants, and all Holden Beach amenities.

The first floor features a king suite with beautiful views of the coastal marsh, along with a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the second floor offers a master suite with a king bed and access to an oceanfront deck, a queen bedroom also with oceanfront deck access, and a bunk room with four twin beds. The third-floor retreat includes a king bedroom with a full bath.

Additional amenities include a large pool with outdoor TV, a gourmet kitchen open to the living and dining area, ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable, washer and dryer, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining and entertaining area with a gas grill.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Family vacation

The view for this property was amazing. The House was nice, private pool was great. The only issue we had was it was not the cleanest. Overall I’d stay again, Would be nice if they supplied towels and possibly put the bed sheets on. But to me that’s not a deal breaker. Also had some small issues with the tv and the remotes had dead batteries in them.

Holden Beach

After a few initial hiccups, we had a great stay. Beach front location was fantastic as well as the pool in the back yard. Made it very easy to move from the ocean to the pool several times a day when the children wanted a change of scenery.
