Main reason to book this hotel is its pretty new& clean, staffs are very friendly & helpful, bed is very comfortable, breakfast have lots of variety to choose from. The only drawback is check-in process very slow (the front deck personnel lack of experience)

Great Stay

Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly be back when next in Surabaya.
