Good stay but...

Overall the stay was nice however there was one flaw during our stay. We found out that the room service guys didn't close my room's door properly after they made up our room.

BEST hotel in city center of Surabaya, BEST value

this hotel and Haris Hotel have the same entrance and exit. Hotel is best value. Room and bathroom is super clean, flat TV is super big with international channel. at the loby there is a super market, 24 hr restaurant serving simple foods. Check in and out is easy. Staffs were great. REceptionist help me to call taxi to airport at 4.15am. Walking distance (100 m) to nice restaurants (western-japanese-chinese, bakery shop) and ATM.. 500m to a club , The colors pub and resto.

the room is great and modern. service are tiptop. breakfast somewhat dissappointed. not really delicious and you have to get there early or you'll be left with nothing.

Tarif Ekonomis tapi Fasilitas Memuaskan

Hotel nyaman, kamar OK, bisa utk bertiga. Orang ke-3 diberikan fasilitas free breakfast. Wifi di kamar OK tanpa password yang merepotkan. Secara umum meski dengan harga ekonomi, tapi kepuasan menginap terpenuhi.

位置近火車站及商場(走路約15-20分鐘)。 客房清潔一般，在洗臉盆附近有很多蟻。房間比較小，而且只有一個打不開的窗。附近沒有高樓，窗外可看到很遠。我的房價包含早餐，但早餐味道一般。 對於短暫逗留的旅客比較適合。
