OK price/mediocre value on the Leelanau Pennisula

Room was hot. Battle of AC vs heat! Hallway was stifling hot. Newly renovated. No hair dryer was available as the new ones hadn’t arrived yet.

Rooms are recently renovated and very updated. High quality towels and bathroom supplies. The woman at the front desk could use some customer service training. Very rude and incompetent. The gentleman working came and apologized and offered to help. Overall the place was good for the price and our stay was fine.

Checking time was extremely strict (seemed to be unnecessarily so). Once staff actually agreed to help us, they were friendly but a lot of computer issues made checkin take about 20 min. Newly remodeled which was nice.

While the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it is clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. The one amenity the do have is a shuttle to the casino. It would be a quick walk but its great to have this option in the winter.we will definitely be back!

Our check in was so easy, 11/8/24 and our request for exra towels and pillows was already in the room. Our shuttle driver (George)? for the nite was the best we ever had. He was so pleasant and even offered to take us to the gas station to get snacks and beverages if needed. We have been coming here for years for annual trip, and this is the first time that any driver has ever offered to do this. Its the little things that makes it a great experience.

Enjoyed Casino...not so much lodging

Very basic. Was disappointed we didn't get any free play credit or meal credit at the Casino. Should of drove on the Turtle Creek. Not a good value.
