The room was nice. We didn’t realize it was a charge to use the pool but were denied access because we didn’t have swimming caps. They didn’t have any available for purchase on site so it was disappointing. Overall the stay was good

Swimming pool and gym is at a neighboring building and ends at 5pm at least on Sunday when I went. I went there to workout and swim mainly, but could not finding out their working hours at 3:40pm. My whole plan was gone. Also, if you have a gym and swimming pool at a neighboring building, and you cannot take a shower (at least at the gym), isn't it fair to say you don't have a gym and a pool, or at least say it is at a neighboring building and it closes before anyone can actually use? Cause people would normally check-in around 3pm and not directly go to the gym or swimming pool. It is just ridiculous to me that a hotel says they have a gym and a swimming pool and they close it at 5pm, and is at a neighboring building. That building is not even right next to the hotel. About 50m away.

장점 + 가성비 대비 면적 넓음 + 위례 중앙광장, 창곡천 옆이라 뷰도 좋고 상업시설 접근성 좋음 단점(이라기 보다는 아쉬운점) - 밖에 봤을때 통일성을 위해서 그런지 모르겠지만, 창문 크기가 작음. 창문이 있어야할 자리에 창문이 없고 커튼만 있어서 묘하게 답답함 - 일반 객실은 큰 문제는 아니겠지만 스위트룸의 경우 두 객실을 이어붙인 구조라서 제시된 면적보다 실제 활용가능한 면적이 적음(현관이 두개 있고 하나의 현관은 사용을 안하는 곳이기 때문에 사실상 죽은 공간이 됨) 어쨋거나 그런 부분 제외하곤 정말 만족하고 투숙했습니다. 위례 방문계획있거나 호캉스 계획 있으시면 강력추천합니다.

The maid service was hit and miss, some days very clean and others not very good. There was no evening dining available except apparently on Saturday, which was not advertised, and the sauna and fitness facilities were not in the main building but over in the Wedding facility, which was inconvenient and also not advertised. The coffee shop did not open until 10, also inconvenient.

There was a problem with the thermostat and lights in our room. It got so hot in the middle of the night, and then the lights kept turning on, waking me up repeatedly. The electrician came and tried to fix it, but failed. The next morning they had us move to a new room, which was dusty and sort of gross. No apologies were offered, and no discount or anything was given. The gym required special shoes, which we were not aware of, so we couldn’t use it, since we only had one pair each. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel, far from the city center but in a cute little neighborhood.
