The house is centrally located yet undisturbed in a quiet street, close to the harbour, cliffs and sea. After a long day of adventures, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room and watch a good film on TV while the fire crackles in the fireplace. For musical moments, you can sing together on the grand piano or play a little piece. You can also look forward to the cosy activity room, which provides entertainment with a piano, guitar, table football and darts - fun is guaranteed.



From the living room you can access a fantastic wooden terrace with sea views, garden furniture and a large parasol. Another terrace with afternoon sun is located on the other side of the house. You can end the evening on the idyllic courtyard terrace, where you can enjoy your evening meal on the covered terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. Here you will also find the gas barbecue.



Aarsdale offers you a charming harbour atmosphere with a playground, football pitch, a small shop, a smokehouse and a brewery. If you have bicycles with you, you can take a wonderful tour to the Paradisbakkerne to the west of the town and experience the impressive nature.



Svaneke is a true paradise for modern gastronomy. Here you can enjoy a delicious lunch and then shop to your heart's content at the sweet factory, the chocolate shop, Bülow Liquorice or one of the many ice cream parlours. If you want to find out more about the history of the town, visit the church with fragments dating back to 1350, the Bechs Mill from 1629 or Siemsens Hof, which was built in 1749.
