On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is furnished with 2 folding beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This welcoming common area opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 70 m2, providing seamless access to the swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a freezer. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to 3 private bedrooms. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from direct access to a 4 m2 balcony, as well as a dedicated shower room with WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and they share a third shower room with WC.
