Lovreč, which is located in the heart of Istria, and that region is well known as one of the main tourist destinations that will delight you completely. Built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style, this villa offers its guests 100 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 800 m2. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number of guests is 4. It is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. One bedroom contains a double bed (160x200), while the other room has 2 single beds (90x200). The villa has one ensuite bathroom with a shower, and another regular bathroom also with a shower. A fifth person can sleep on the couch in the living room.



In the beautifully decorated living room, you will relax on the couch next to which there is a coffee table, a chair and a TV. Of course, not far from the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 4 people. Right next to the dining room is a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family with love. In the living room you will find a record player, books and binoculars, as well as board games and an Xbox.



From the living room and dining room there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, which is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and greenery that you will enjoy. Swimming in the 50 m2 swimming pool is just one of the benefits that villa Eco offers. The pool is 1.3 metres deep, and next to it is a sunbathing area with 4 sun loungers where you can soak up the sun and read books. Also, on the terrace there is a lounge area where you can drink your morning coffee, and there is also an outdoor gas grill. You can try the prepared food on the outdoor dining table.



On the top floor of villa Eco, you have the opportunity to enjoy yourself on the roof terrace with a sea view, and in the garden in front of the house there is also a fire pit with deckchairs. It is an ideal place for evening get around until late at night with your loved ones.



Additional facilities that you can use during your stay in the villa are a washing machine and an iron.



Villa Eco is completely fenced and offers 2 parking spaces outside the yard. Children will enjoy the slide and swing located in the garden in front of the villa. Adults will have the opportunity to play table tennis. There is also a yoga deck and green boxes with vegetables.



Some of the interesting things that will make villa Eco even better for you are that it maintains the philosophy of living in harmony with nature with its concept, which would mean that the house is surrounded by olive trees and is located in a quiet village. Likewise, the villa is guided by the Plastic free rule and avoids the use of plastic in all forms. What will perhaps delight you the most is the fact that a special partnership has been concluded with the company 'Grow my tree', and for each reservation, one tree is planted with the aim of reducing CO2, for which the guests will receive a special certificate.



*From the neighbours there is the possibility of buying local wine and local olive oil, which is made from the same olive trees that adorn the garden and surround villa Eco!



The place of St. Lovreč is a location on the western part of the Istrian peninsula, and it is said to be a hidden gem, and one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Istria. Istria will offer you beautiful sunsets, many choices for day trips, and the proximity of cities where you can walk or ride a bike.
