The garage has been upgraded and that is where the party lives. Shoot a round of pool on the full-size pool table - complete with all balls, four cue sticks, chalk, and the triangle. Challenge someone to a game of ping pong or a round of darts. When it's time to wind down, the lower level media room has a 66-inch TV plus an additional bar area with two more large screens. The lower level den adds a 62-inch TV and a gas fireplace, making it the ideal spot for movie nights when the energy shifts to something more relaxed.



Kitchen & Dining



Peaceful Paradise is built for groups who like to cook. The kitchen is anchored by a professional-grade Wolf range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator - tools that make feeding 21 people feel manageable rather than chaotic. A Bosch dishwasher handles cleanup, and the full lineup of cookware covers everything from slow-cooked Sunday dinners (crockpot included) to baked goods and fresh-ground coffee. Place settings, wine glasses, mugs, and juice glasses are provided for every guest, so you won't be hunting for cups on day two. A high chair is available for the littlest guests in your group.



Technology



Eleven TVs are spread throughout the property, ranging from 33 to 66 inches, with every TV clearly labeled and its remote nearby. The lineup spans the bedrooms, the bunk room, the garage, the lower level den, the media room, and the bar area - everyone gets a screen, no negotiating required. WiFi is provided through Vacation Surfing with a TP-Link router to keep everyone connected.



Laundry



A full-size washer and dryer are on-site, a must-have for longer stays with a crowd this size.



Outdoor



Step outside and you'll find layered outdoor living designed for all-season enjoyment. The back deck leads down 4 steps to a dedicated grilling area with a propane grill (all burners working, cover and tank included, plus grilling utensils Note: Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.) From the grilling area, 12 more steps bring you down to the back patio, where the brand-new hot tub is ready and waiting. The wood-burning fire pit sits in the backyard, and continuing down the yard, 10 steps lead to the dock path. This property is built for people who want to be outside as much as in.



Guest Access:

Self-check-in is easy - the lockbox is located in the courtyard to the left of the entry. Parking accommodates up to 5 vehicles across the paved and gravel driveway. Please note the driveway is steep and narrow - 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended, especially in winter and wet conditions. Road salt and a snow shovel are kept on-site during winter months. The host is available if you need anything during your stay.

Pets are not permitted at this property. No smoking indoors. This is a multilevel home with significant stair travel between levels - please review the full stair details before booking if mobility is a concern. The driveway is steep, narrow, and paved - a high-clearance or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended, particularly November through March. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are installed throughout (extinguishers in the kitchen and near both fireplaces).
