We’re delighted to host you in our fully renovated penthouse, designed to offer a seamless blend of style and relaxation. Nestled within Forum Residences, one of Malta’s most prestigious lifestyle developments in Swieqi, this exceptional property places you within walking distance of St Julian’s, the island’s vibrant business and entertainment hub. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants, boutiques, sports facilities, gyms, spas, hotels, marinas, and entertainment venues, making it the perfect location for an unforgettable stay.
Step inside, and you’ll be welcomed by a spacious, open-plan living area, where contemporary design meets comfort. The lounge is furnished with a plush sofa, a stylish dining area, and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, refrigerator, and all essential utensils, provides everything needed to prepare a delightful meal, whether you're cooking for yourself, family, or friends.
The penthouse features three elegantly designed bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with two single beds, all furnished with premium mattresses to ensure a restful sleep. Luxurious bed linens and quilts are provided, along with two high-quality towels per guest, plus additional towels for the pool area. The property also includes two full bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, both equipped with modern fixtures to enhance your stay.
One of the highlights of this stunning penthouse is the private rooftop terrace, an oasis of tranquility where you can lounge on outdoor furniture, soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the one-of-a-kind infinity pool while admiring spectacular sea views. Additional Notes
To maintain the pristine condition of the pool, a specialist will visit once a week between 14:00 and 16:00. For safety reasons, the pool should not be used for 2-3 hours after cleaning due to chlorine treatment. Feel free to check with the pool maintenance specialist for more details.

The minimum age of the main guest must be 25 years. The apartment is located in a residential building where peace and respect for neighbors are essential. The owner lives in the same building: anyone who fails to follow the rules, throws parties, or causes disturbances will be immediately removed.
