The lobby, pool area and staff were very nice. The third party booking unfortunately prevented the front desk staff from upgrading/changing our room type, but the attendant accommodated my request for a Mountain View (backside of the hotel, overlooking the pool) room. The hotel takes great care to ask if you have any one under 18 years of age in your party and to reinforce a number of different rules. Admittedly, I was quite surprised that my 15 year-old would not be allowed to be in the pool with me after 5 PM, and would also not be allowed to walk anywhere in the hotel without me. I understand the intent behind these rules to ensure that the adults coming for a certain experience get to feel that ‘adults only’ vibe… but my 6 foot tall 15-year-old felt like they were treated like a little kid. It was a little extreme, and given the very small size of the hotel, it limited our experience. The two queen room was small but had nice touches, including beautiful green tile in the bathroom, complimentary slippers, and pretty green crystal wine glasses. The hotel itself is less luxury than I expected though, mostly due to its size and set up. It has a Hilton Garden Inn/Hyatt Place type shape (rectangle with 5 floors) and a very small fitness center with a peloton bike in sore need of replacement. The indoor bar area is right off the lobby in the back, adjacent to the indoor restaurant seating. There are also outdoor tables for seating as well. The pool is very small, but cute.

Our stay at The Swiftwater was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the service was top-notch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere at the pool in the evenings. Children were not allowed in the pool area after 5 or 6 PM, which created a relaxing, adult-friendly environment, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommended!

The hotel is definitely new, our room was unexpectedly spacious..but the air vent in the bathroom was surprisingly not working🧐…love , love the green and black contrast of the BR tho…. For the price…the restaurant was too small…prompting us to go elsewhere…the free coffee and infused water is a plus ❤️ Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile….
