For golf lovers, a pristine course sits just a minute from your door, and Leura’s charming village is just four minutes away for boutique shopping and dining.

Inside, this cozy, well-appointed retreat features comfortable furnishings, large windows that frame the escarpment views, and a welcoming fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a bright dining area and out to the deck, where you can relax in the outdoor Alpine Spa overlooking the mountains. Surrounded by a lush garden and tranquil bushland, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the Blue Mountains.

After a long drive then wait for our entry time, it was disappointing to find our accommodation had not been cleaned. On informing the managers was told sorry, go and get yourself a coffee in town! Thankfully the cleaners arrived (and did a good job) and a bottle of bubbly was greatly received. The house suited our family needs, each having their own space and everyone quickly slipped into relax mode looking at the stunning valley behind. There are no shops within walking distance, cafe/restaurant at Fairmont just metres away. The driveway a bit tricky to reverse up, but manageable.

The view, the fireplace and the spa are fabulous. Unfortunately the guest experience was let down by the house itself. The driveway is perilous, being too narrow and situated right on a busy corner intersection. Not a single flyscreen meant that we shared our week with hundreds of blowflies. The was nowhere to hang our bathtowels, meaning we had to use the clothesdryer every day, something I would never do at home. Old uncomfortable lounge furniture that needs to be replaced. Dining table so big that half of it couldn't be used in the small space available. The back deck leaked like a sieve so unusable when it rained, and it rained a lot. The owners need to spend one week here to personally experience the shortcomings and neglect, and realise that love needs to be lavished on what should be a beautiful Blue Mountains home.

Beautiful house, fabulous views

Spotlessly clean, we had a really enjoyable stay here with my sister who was visiting from the UK. Lovely to sit on the deck with a cuppa both morning and afternoon, and short drive to Scenic world was convenient. We were sorry not to have booked for an additional night! The property was well equipped with everything we needed for a lovely memorable time. Thank you!

Amazing property !

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Not only the property is beautiful and tastefully decorate but the views of the blue mountains are amazing. The colours of the sky at sunset are just stunning. Also, our kids enjoy the facilities of the resort next door, that is so convenient. we will definitely be back :)
