Traffic noise and a sub standard mattress were the only complaints. Realise that traffic noise is beyond their control , however the mattress problem could be easily addressed Have stayed there on a number of occasions and all other stays were adequate

Parking only $11 extra if spaces available. Great location and a good comfortable room. Shower head seemed blocked or restricted somehow, but otherwise great.

The building smells. Linen was very old. Hot water was just warm. Paid in full upfront then had to pay a security deposit. But the smell was very bad.

The bed was comfortable and soft. The room was very clean however, smelt bad odour from the bathroom. Limited parking on-site for an additional fee which is great.

This property was nothing more than a backpackers with an extravagant price tag It was $166 a night the beds were very old the valance on the bed had holes and looked like it hadn't been washed for months there were no towel rails and the holes were blocked up not even painted over.. the hallway stunk of mouldy carpet and some other stench !! as far as the staff .. what a joke we saw one lady only and she was rude as hell ... she couldn't look at you and she couldn't even crack a smile! and at 10:04 on checkout day I answered the internal phone to her screaming at me check out check out! I get that people have to choose cheap accommodation but look before you buy I will never stay there again. I wouldn't even rate it one Star but there was nothing lower!!

Overall this property was convenient for us at the time and at an affordable tariff. However cleanliness left a lot be desired both the living area and the bathroom. The shower head leaked all night and the toilet needed some extra cleaning work. We were not sure on the age of the tea bags provided. Overall we have difficulty in recommending this property to future clients
