Nice hotel. Plumbing noisy though. Can always hear plumbing when a room nearby is in shower or has flushed toilet. Dining room very small and limited breakfast buffet compared to other Crowne Plaza's (Hunter Valley and Terrigle in particular).

The check in was very easy, parking was also easy to locate and plenty of spaces. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, cleaning could have been better old hair pins under the bed and hair bands but overall ok. Good variety of restaurants and shopping center close by. We had breakfast for two mornings good value and kids had breakfast for free which was great, good variety however the experience was a little chaotic in the morning with to many guests and not enough tables to accommodate everyone waiting. Overall good experience , breakfast could be managed slightly better for a smoother experience.

Our first visit since the hotel changed from the Marion Courtyard to the Crowne Plaza. Physically nothing much had changed but service wise and offerings were much better. Parking arrangements were affordable and easy to use, breakfasts were excellent and we were pleased we decided to stay in an eat at the Bistro on our first night as the food and wine were excellent, as was my flat white coffee after the meal.

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival who were only too helpful throughout our stay. Our room was well appointed and made our stay a pleasure. With a fantastic buffet breakfast and excellent dining options of an evening, the Crown Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park is definitely at the top of our list for our future travel requirements whilst in Sydney.

We purchased a package that included breakfast and parking. Upon checkin, we were told that we had not purchased the package and had to show the email to prove it. They then said they would update the system, but clearly didnt as we had the same issue at breakfast. On both occasions, the staff were disbelieving and we had to prove with the email again. We thought the parking issue had been sorted, but found they had charged our credit card without permission. It took a phone call where we were again told the parking wasn't included until she checked the system to get the money refunded. AVOID, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
