The space
This is a 2 bedroom granny flat situated at the back of the house with side gate access. We have a common area and the backyard is a common space. We are a young family with 2 young children and 2 medium sized rescue dogs.
We are a full time working family & a very active household. Our 2 girls (dogs) are a part of our family & want our guests to be comfortable with dogs. They have access in the main house whilst we are at work & likes to greet our guests on arrival. We do keep them (Rosie & Lolly) contained when we are home.
Your kitchen will have coffee, tea, sugar & milk ready for you on arrival.
Washing machine is available in your accommodation.
We’re either at the beach with our dogs, bushwalking or cycling or camping. We are also big campers and enjoy the outdoors.
The main bedroom has a Sealy double bed with ceiling fan, second bedroom has a Sealy King single bed with a trundle.second bedroom can accommodate 2 person,second bed is a trundle bed under the king single trundle

We have a mountain bike, inflatable paddle board to offer as well as a bbq.
There’s also a brand new playground/skate park 5 mins walk from us. A new childcare at the end of our street.Hospital is next train station. Lots of new football pitches and cycling/walking tracks.
